RHEL8 First benchmarks

The Phoronix website has already published several benchmarks:

Due to new versions of the GCC compiler (GCC 8.2.1 has replaced GCC 4.8.5) and kernel (v4.18 has replaced v3.10), performance enhancements can be seen (~15%), especially on modern Intel and AMD servers.
