With all the noise surrounding the purchase of Red Hat by IBM, most of the relevant information is almost lost. However, the world doesn’t stop spinning.

Yesterday, Red Hat announced the official release of RHEL 7.6.

RHCSA7: Task of the day

Allowed time: 10 minutes.
Set up a default configuration HTTP server with SELinux in Enforcing mode and active firewalld configuration.

RHCE7: Task of the day

Allowed time: 8 minutes.
Set up an iScsi target based on a fileio backstore of 100MB called /opt/shareddata with CHAP authentication (username=usr/password=pwd), xfs filesystem and standard firewall configuration.
